By placing an order through this website (https://shop.pienna.com) you agree to the following terms and conditions as well as accepting our Terms and Conditions. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to protect each other and set expectations for our services under this agreement.

1. General provisions
Subject to stock availability - occasionally there may be a discrepancy in stock and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. If this is the case, we will provide you with available products and contact you to see if you would prefer to wait for the backordered product to be restocked or if you would prefer us to issue a refund.

2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and shipping location of the items ordered. Payment for shipping will be charged at the time of purchase, unless shipping is free due to an offer or is included in the order price. This price will be the final price for the cost of shipping to the customer. 
Before finalizing the order, each time the Customer has the opportunity to review the current cost of delivery on the page summarizing the placed order. Below you will find the approximate delivery price list, based on the recommended and default services of the National Postal Operator, which in the case of the PENNA shop is Poczta Polska. Costs of delivery via other courier companies (if available to the place indicated by the Customer) may be known by the Customer in the summary of the order, even before the formal submission of the Order.

3. Returns
3.1 Refunds in case of change of mind
The PENNA store accepts returns for change of mind, provided your return request is received by us within 14 days of receipt of the product and it is returned in its original packaging, unused and in re-saleable condition. Return shipping will be paid for at the customer's expense and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will inform you of this by email. The PENNA store will refund the value of returned merchandise, but will NOT refund the value of paid shipping. The parcel must be accompanied by a completed Contract Withdrawal Form. 
For returns, please contact us in advance: returnings@pienna.com - it will make our return process more efficient.

3.2 Returns under guarantee
The PENNA store will honor all reasonable warranty claims, provided the claim is made within 30 days of receipt of the products. Customers will have to pay for return postage, however we will refund the cost once the claim has been successful. Upon receipt of a return under warranty, the PENNA Store will process the claim within 7 business days. In justified cases, this period may be extended. After confirming the positive outcome of the complaint, you will be given a choice between:
a) refund via the payment method chosen at the time of purchase
b) refund of money in the form of a voucher for purchases in our store
c) sending you a replacement item (if it is in stock).

4. Delivery terms
4.1 Transport time
Orders shipped within the EU can be on the way from 3 to 10 days (average 5 days), depending also on availability and the selected product. Shipping times listed on the store page are estimates, averages, and are subject to change based on individual or general situations.

Orders shipped outside the EU do not have delivery times guaranteed in advance. The shipping time quoted on the store's website is an estimate, an average, and is subject to change depending on the individual or general situation, and because it depends on the country to which the shipment is delivered and the shipping service used at the time of the order.

4.2 Shipping time
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day of payment for the Order. In the periods before Christmas and before Children's Day or other popular occasions - the time of preparation of the shipment or delivery may be significantly extended.

Our warehouse (Warsaw, Poland, Europe) is open Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except for public holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In such cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

4.3 Change of delivery address
If you request a change of delivery address, we may change the address at any time before the Order is dispatched.

4.4 Shipping to a specified postal address 
PIENNA shop sends shipments to the address specified when placing an order by default using the postal service - national postal operator. Deliveries by courier companies are possible (if this option is selectable for your location).

If you are unable to select delivery to your country - this means that delivery to your chosen country is not standard by us, although it may be possible - please contact us for an individual delivery quotation.

4.5 Items not in stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait until the item is available before sending you your Order. Existing items in the Purchase Order will be reserved while you wait for that item.

4.6 Delivery time exceeded
If your delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so we can look into the situation.

5. Parcels damaged in transport
If you find that the package has been damaged in transit, if possible, do not collect it from the courier and contact our customer service department. If your shipment was delivered in your absence, please contact customer service to determine next steps.

6. Customs duties and taxes
6.1 Sales tax
Sales tax has already been added to the price of the goods listed on the website.

6.2 Customs duties and import taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and the PENNA store encourages you to find out about these potential costs before placing an Order. If the customer refuses to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country, the goods will be returned to the PENNA store at the customer's expense and the customer will be refunded the value of the goods paid, less the cost of return shipping. The cost of the initial shipment is not refundable.

7. Resignation
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before your order is shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us at pienna@pienna.com for a customized path forward.

8. Insurance
Shipments are insured against loss and damage up to the value quoted by the courier.

8.1 Handling packages damaged in transit
A refund or replacement will be processed as soon as the courier has completed their investigation of the complaint.

8.2 Process in case the parcel is lost in transit
A refund or replacement will be made as soon as the courier has investigated and the parcel has been declared lost.

10. Price list for deliveries
We present an approximate delivery price list, based on the recommended and default services of the National Postal Operator, which in the case of the PIENNA shop is Poczta Polska. The prices in the table below are given in PLN (Polish zloty) and because they are converted according to the exchange rate - the final amount to be paid may differ slightly in the currency you have chosen. This price list is based on the price lists of Poczta Polska, and in particular it applies to
